We offer professional computer repair services, including but not limited to hardware diagnostics, component replacement, software installation, virus removal, and operating system troubleshooting.
We may also offer data recovery services for damaged or corrupted hard drives or other storage devices, subject to additional terms and conditions.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding their computer and the issues they are experiencing.
Customers must provide access to their computer during the repair process.
Customers are responsible for paying all fees associated with the repair services, including but not limited to labor costs, parts, and taxes.
We will diagnose the issue with your computer and provide you with an estimate of the cost and time required for the repair.
You must authorize the repair before we proceed.
We will provide you with an estimated timeline for the repair, but we cannot guarantee exact completion dates.
It is the customer's responsibility to back up all important data before bringing their computer in for repair. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
